A beautiful hand pieced quilt circa late 1800s. And originally from a Pennsylvania farmstead. Quilt has 9 stitches per inch (very rare) with very close rows. All the material is original cotton. For being over 100 years old, this quilt is in outstanding condition. There are NO rips or tears. Because it has never been washed, you will note upon inspection that there are a few. That I have photographed for you. I have many quilts, however this one is probably one of the best I have ever had that is so perfectly. And with such beautiful colors.
