BEAUTIFUL Vintage 40's Irish Chain / Postage Stamp Antique Quilt DIAMOND BORDER

  

This BEAUTIFUL cotton 30's/40's Irish chain quilt is hand pieced and hand quilted, with solid yellow and green accents and a nice diamond border. It measures 58" X 72" and is in excellent condition, with a couple of small, inconspicuous spots and no wear. There are straight line and floral designs quilted throughout at 5-7 stitches to the inch.

The back and hand stitched binding are the same pale yellow, and the batting is thin. The pics just don't do justice to this WELL EXECUTED vintage CLASSIC in GREAT CONDITION -- it's much nicer in real life!
