This is a wonderful early thick heavy hand made whole cloth wedding or brides quilt made from old true dyed red cotton on one side and older creamy chintz like fabric in a unique pattern on the other side. Please see the pics for more info. The stitching pattern on this one is amazing. See the sweet early hearts and other designs. If you have been looking for one to make a cover for a chair or other project this would be a good one.

It's not museum quality perfect as you can see and it has very heavy wool batting inside that is showing through in some spots but we never had the heart to cut it up. It would make some nice pillows or other smaller items if you sew and want to make other things with it. It's much better in person than the pics show.
