Vintage 1950s DOUBLE SIDED Oriental Aqua Square Pattern Grandma Quilt Handmade. The quilt is hand stitched you can see on the square pattern there is a running stitch and on the side it looks like she did a Cross over stitch (I could be mistaken on my stitch talk). It's a beautiful quilt it's very detailed the back of it is I think the best part because of the pattern of the dragonflies butterflies on it it's so bold that it just stands out completely! There are little signs of wear nothing too crazy that I notice. I did not notice any stains I could be mistaken though.
The teal part has some discoloration I believe that it used to be may be a beige or white color now it's more of a dark tan color due to the age again. This quilt is as vintage as they come. The artwork the detailing on this is beautiful. There is wear please keep that in mind this quilt is from the 1950s maybe earlier there is wear. The edges and corners of the quilt have some loose threads, small signs of wear little holes tiny tiny holes. Awesome quilt to collect and own thanks for reading ebayers.
